This is a great sessionable IPA. Medium to full bodied with a sweet citrusy hop character driven by the use of classic american hops.

4.8% ABV
Color: 8-9 SRM
Mash:
3 lbs 2-row base malt (3L)
1.25lbs Munich malt (34L)
0.25lb Dextrin malt (3L)
0.25lb Biscuit or Victory malt (25L)
Strike with 6.2qts of 168F water for a single infusion mash target of 152F.
Sparge with enough water to run off 3.75gal of wort, then add your extracts and bring to boil:
3.3lbs Light malt extract syrup (2L)
(adjust with DME to hit 1.062 boil gravity)
Hops:
Warrior (17.2% AA)
Simcoe (12.4% AA)
Cascade (5.4% AA)
Schedule:
60 min: 1oz Warrior
10 min: 0.5oz Cascade + 0.5oz Simcoe
5 min: 0.5oz Simcoe
1 min: 0.5oz Cascade
Fermentation:
Wyeast 1332 (Northwest Ale)
Primary – 5 days @ 70F
Secondary – 1 week @ 68F, the 1 week @ 65F
Dry Hop: 1oz Cascade + 1oz Simcoe during secondary fermentation
